Unlimited Wash Club Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a contract on the Unlimited Club Plan?

    No commitment required. You may cancel or upgrade at any time.

  • How do I Cancel?

    You may discontinue your club plan online at www.cleanimagecarwash.com All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to billing date by calling 815-439-9730 or during a wash visit. (If you are unable to get through on the phone, our lines may be busy so please either visit us or try back again later.)

  • Can I change the card on file?

    You may manage your club billing information online at www.cleanimagecarwash.com or during any visit. This change can be made on site and is effective immediately.

  • When is the monthly charge debited from my account?

    The plan will renew on the 1st day of every month.

  • Can I upgrade the car wash during a visit?

    Of course! You may add any upgrades needed during your visit. In addition you receive 10% off Professional and Express Detailing Services as an added perk!

  • Can I use my unlimited plan with more than one vehicle?

    Each plan is valid for one authorized vehicle. However, we do offer a "2nd Car Discount" as well as Family Fast Pass Plans.

  • How many times can I wash in month?

    The club plan allows you to visit us as often as you like up to once a day. (We reserve the right to close due to maintenance or weather conditions.)

  • I have a new car or windshield, what do I do?

    Visit our location and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle or windshield and need to get a new RFID tag. They will take care of everything for you!
